The National Living Wage (NLW) is the legal minimum wage for most employees over the age of 23.
The New Rates from April 2022 are:

*Apprentice rate applicable to apprentices aged under 19 or 19 or over if in their first year of apprenticeship.
The revised rate should be applied to the next pay period that begins on or after the following date:
- of the rate increase
- an employee reaches a new age rate
